The Archive

The Society Archive is now stored in Strathblane Library following the closure of Drymen Library. Items may be examined on request to the library staff. Direct access to the archive is not permitted but individual items may be requested for study in the library.

An index of the Archive, in PDF format, has been prepared and is updated on a regular basis. The index is 60 pages in length and the file is 495 KB in size. The index may be viewed by following this link.

To view the indices it is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can obtain Adobe Acrobat Reader free by visiting the Abobe website at http://www.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/pdf-reader.html and following the download instruction.

Many of the items in the Archive have now been scanned and can be made available as graphic files on request to the Secretary.
